Rather than seeking attention, Jackson arrived in a pickup truck along with several vehicles carrying bottled water, medical supplies, and mobile clinics staffed by volunteer doctors and nurses from Nashville and Texas.
Wearing jeans and his signature cowboy hat, Jackson humbly told volunteers, “This ain’t about me.
