Mary Trump Calls Out Donald Trump’s Mental Decline in Harsh New Critique
Mary Trump, psychologist and niece of former President Donald Trump, has once again spoken out against her uncle — and this time, she’s not holding back. In a new episode of her YouTube series Trump Trolls Trump, she described his leadership as a “reign of idiocy,” and warned that he’s showing increasing signs of cognitive decline.
“We’re now 166 days into a reign of terror, confusion, chaos — but let’s be honest, it’s also a reign of idiocy,” she said. Mary suggested that Donald Trump may be haunted by fears of developing Alzheimer’s, as his father Fred Trump Sr. did.
Mary, who authored the best-seller Too Much and Never Enough, said her uncle is visibly struggling. “He has an attention span of a toddler — although that’s nothing new,” she quipped. She went on to say that Trump combines “cognitive decline with narcissism,” calling it “a twofer.”
She also mocked one of his recent public appearances at a controversial Florida immigration center, where Trump gave a rambling answer that had nothing to do with the question asked. “The question wasn’t whether you like Florida, you idiot,” she said. “He can’t answer because he doesn’t know.”
Mary expressed frustration with Trump’s constant misinformation and lack of honesty with the American people. “I’m sick of this thuggish lunk sitting there and denying the American public access to any truth,” she said.
She ended with a jab at Trump’s latest business stunt: a $249 luxury fragrance called “Victory,” promoted on Truth Social. “It’s grotesque for a president to grift like this,” she said. “And the idea of having to guess what that horror smells like is deeply unfair to those of us who are still sane.”
